BLOGGING AT 4 A.M....
Though i dont really believe in involving myself in activities of nocturnal beings!!
But what the heck, giving my last shot at improving my chance for better placement next season!!
okk so its 4, and what am i really doing!!
1. orkutting
2. facebooking
3. ehh..blogging!!
What about books, hmm they are safely wrapped and closed on my study table!!
ohh so dad has finally stopped snoring..guess i can crash now!!..:-D
P.S. : Dont go on timing that blogspot says below....dont know what system GMT/PMT/HMT..ehh whatever..it follows but definitely not IST!!

First few days in kashmir!!!
I look down from 20,000 ft. and see a huge garden with intermittent streams below...
yes thats how i could see kashmir from the airplane 30 mins prior to landing.
i experienced a distinct chill right through my spine..at first i thought its due to the 10 deg. drop...but later i realised..it was the excitement of seeing my homeland for the first time!!!
the excitement of seeing the place my parents and grandparents keep on talking about at the dinner table had a gripping effect on myself!!!

correction:the pic of water lilly has been taken by my sis...btw miss photographer its a water lilly not a lotus..:-P

KIMIIIIIIIII !!!
ok..so m a self-confessed fan of the ferrari team!!!
nd its my blog..so somehting has to be written about kimi's win!!..lol..!
here it goes.....a tribute to ferrari fans!!!
Thank God for Ferrari. The F1 community as a whole has been spared a fate worse than death - to being brainwashed by the British media into glassy eyed automatons only capable of pottering about and repeating “Lewis Hamilton is the world’s greatest rookie world champion”. Or alternatively Fernando Alonso would have won the championship, and while that would no doubt have made him “berry berry happy”, the mind boggles at what additional demands he would be making as a 3 time world champion and how many additional doors he would be wrenching off the hinges. So thank God for Kimi Raikkonen as well.
You have to admit it was all looking rather bleak on race day. Ferrari has somehow never seemed very lucky with championship battles that are decided in the last race (97, 98, 99, 06, all in the recent past), and considering their campaign was spearheaded by Kimi Raikkonen (who, I have always maintained, spent his childhood walking under ladders, breaking mirrors and opening umbrellas inside the house), the luck quotient seemed rather dubious. Not to mention, we had already exhausted our quota of miracles for the season when Lewis Hamilton parked in the gravel in China with a marked absence of cranes in the horizon - it seemed too much to hope for another finish off the top 5 in quick succession. Throw in a unibrowed, team-disrupting two time world champion into the mix, and it is easy to understand why even an eternal optimist like me harbored little hopes for the race.
Anyhow now the deed is done and Kimi Raikkonen is world champion, and there couldn’t be a more deserving bloke - he is fast, unassuming, eminently likeable plus he doesn’t spout bilge. And Bernie is wrong. We’ve never had a world champion with a penchant for donning gorilla suits before (though Michael did wear a rabbit suit once), and that makes him far more interesting than Hamilton any time of the day. Meanwhile Kimi’s either suddenly grown some vocabulary or hired a really good PR agent, for he’s been speaking of “being so happy it hurts”, “being in love with the Ferrari team” and “wanting to feel this joy again” - all very positive of course.....
plus remember one thing..it does matter what car you are driving but more than that the nut behind the wheel!!!...:)

Make folder(s) invisible!!!!
0k0ok0k...ever wondered whether we could hide those special folders..having special 'data' from prying eyes of our parents....or from ur insensitive siblings!!!
well here's a method to make the folder invisble..literally invisible..!!!
here u go!!
1)Right Click on the desktop...Make a new folder
2)Now rename the folder with a space(U have to hold ALT key and type 0160).
3)Now u have a folder with out a name.
4)Right click on the folder>properties>customize. Click on change icon.
5)Scroll a bit, u should find some empty spaces, Click on any one of them.click ok Thats it,now u can store ur personal data without any 3rd party tools !!!!

Kashmir trip!!!
okk..so mah first blog!!
well this one is abt mah experience with the situation tht exists in the valley..
all my delight of getting 2 see my homeland 4 the first time literally went down the gutter....
wen my car was stopped by a security personnel right outside the airport...4 wat he called a routine check up...(yeah with guys standing with kalishnikov rifles!!! lol)..
the uniformed guy asked my bro 4 his id..yeah u xpect a guy 4m u.k. 2 giv u his id!!...
tht wuld hav aroused even further suspicion!!!
thankfully the army personnel turned out 2 be a mahrashtrian..nd we wer allowed 2 go..with cries of..'JAI MAHARASHTRA'...lol!!!!!!
as it turns out...in my week's stay we wer stopped nd enquired into atleast 6 times!!!
gt used 2 it in da end!!...;-)
